I am running the Windows version 1.3.16 on a new Acer laptop PC. The floating window shakes/jumps up and down rapidly as you drag it to reposition it on your desktop. When I tried to switch screens to take it full screen ... then the text in the slide shakes/jumps up and down.

What would cause that?

... Jason

From the FAQ/Installation instructions:

Video playback on Windows shows flickering text.

We recommend using the Safe mode (GDI Only) with QuickTime. Open the QuickTime Control Panel, select the "Advanced" tab and select "Safe mode (GDI only)".

I tried switching to GDI only ... it didn't fix the problem. The window still shakes rapidly when you move it.

I tried reloading the demo software, but that didn't help either. Any other suggestions?

While the window can be moved or repositioned, it's purpose is to give you a simulation of what would be displayed on the second screen. While moving the window, it's likely that the display will not be stable until you position the window and the program can redraw the video display.
