| When saving a presentation a list of current slides is shown with an option to 'save', and 'save as'. The third option 'Within presentation' is not shown at all. I am using a MacPro with 4GB RAM. OSX 10.4.10. I am currently using the demo version. I generally like what I see with the program and seriously considering purchase. |

The only object that can be saved "within a presentation" is a single slide object. Songs or "group text" objects will always be saved and be accessible from the media library while individual slides can either be saved to a single presentation (for example, a slide with a scripture reference that will only be used with that week's presentation) or as a "slide text" object which is a single slide that can be used in future presentations and will be stored in the "slide text" area of the media library (for example, a single slide that is an announcement for a future event that will likely be used as an announcement in the next few sundays).
I know this sounds complicated, but was a cause of great discussion among the team when we were conceiving of how to handle these "text" slides. "Group Text" slides are multiple slides that are saved under one name in the library, such as a scripture reference that extends over several slides. "Slide Text" slides are individual slides such as an announcement that will be saved under it's own title so that it can be mixed and matched with other "slide text" slides to build an announcement loops...see:

| Thankyou. I will study this a little more and move on to discovering more features of your software. |
