My church started using LiveWorship at a few of our campuses recently, and are having more computer problems than LiveWorship problems, but at one site it seems to possibly be the software. We are running G5's with 1GB RAM, and when we click on videos to play, some of them play just fine, and some of them are delayed (up to 30-45 seconds, so I'm told), which obviously puts a damper on the service. I've been told that the multi-colored spinning wheel comes up.
Is it possible that double-clicking is the problem here, or that being on for long enough is slowing down the machine? It seems to only happen later in the presentations, after showing a video at the beginning of the service, as well as motion backgrounds for the songs.
Also, I got a report that the motion backgrounds for the songs are restarting every slide. I haven't actually seen this myself, but is there a setting anywhere that might make it do that???
Thanks,
