Yes, the Universal Binary definitely brings some speed improvements, especially showing video over text. Scrolling through a large library of images, or even browsing a large directory of images, is somewhat improved, but it still makes managing media in LW a bit cumbersome.

Seems to very solid, and I had no trouble at all with my upgrade process. Thanks, gang!
