I am trying to import a presentation and the program crashes why I highlight the file in the open dialog. I check the LW folder and set the permissions as specified in the FAQ. Please help.

If you have a support issue, it might be quicker to email: support@liveworship.com We do watch the boards, but you'll get quicker response through an email.
Is the presentation small enough to email to us? You might compress/zip the file and email it to support. If not, contact us through email and we'll provide some directions for uploading the file to us.
Have you tried dragging and dropping the file into the Presentation Panel? Was this file created on the same version or an older/newer version of LW? Are you trying to move the file between platforms? |

It works with dragging the saved presentation into the presentation window. The exported presentation is one I sent to a friend at a sister church and I wanted to make sure it would open okay so I tried re-importing it into the same program on the same computer and that's when I got the issue of the program crashing when it was just trying to import the presentation. However, the drag and drop work just fine.

What is the name of the file? Does it have any slashes in the title?

One presentation I exported was named "all slides" and another with one song exported was named "bwm." Both crashed the program immediately when the file was selected for import. Both were created by the fully updated mac intel version and I tried to re-import using the same program on the same computer just minutes later. The drag/drop works fine and the files re-import using this method.
