We purchased Liveworship to run on a windows machine 512 MB with 128MD nvidia graphics and our MacBook (not for concurrent our evening service moves around so we use it on the MacBook). XP Pro on the windows machine with all the updates.
Still getting a two second delay on slide switching after the following:
1. Running all Quicktime/ Apple iTunes updates
2.Changing Quicktime settings to those suggested in other areas
3. Updating all graphics drivers

Any other suggestions please?

Inside your LiveWorship preferences under the "size" tab, what is the settings/size of your "presentation resolution"?

In your Windows' Control Panels' Display settings, what is the resolution of your screen 2?

Make sure the computer has been cleaned up, all updates current, remove any background processes (spyware/viruses/adware), fine tune the energy settings, defrag the drive...any of these can vary the performance of a computer based on how it's tweaked. We have found that even innocuous items such as Google toolbar can slow a computer down and affect the performance.

What settings are you using for the transition type and speed? Try using a variety of speed settings (try 3, 5 and 7) with cross-dissolve/no transition to see if there is a noticeable difference.

Try removing/reinstalling QuickTime, sometimes this can clear up issues.
