Purchase and Registration

LiveWorship can be purchased online in the store. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Orders can also be processed over the phone during our office hours (ET 8:30am - 4:30pm). We will also accept money orders. Call us if you need to discuss your purchase or payment options.

If you are located in Ohio and are tax exempt, you must send us a copy of your tax-exempt status information before we can process your order without tax being added. If you live OUTSIDE Ohio, tax will NOT be added. Contact us for more information.

There is an additional charge if you would like us to send you a physical copy of the software. The download available on the website is the full version of the software but will only function for 30 days without a registration code. Once you enter in the registration code, the software will not prompt you each time it is launched.

If you have a discount code, redeem this coupon on the Payment Information screen. You will not see the discounted price until you reach the "confirm your order" page.

You should receive your registration code by email within 15 minutes of completing the transaction. Please check your spam filters if you do not receive a registration email. Please contact us if you have any difficulties with the online transaction.

LiveWorship has a license that allows for multiple computers to be used for building and editing presentations. The limitation is that you can only have one computer presenting at a time. If your organization is presenting in multiple rooms at the same time (such as a youth room and main sanctuary) or if you have multiple campuses, we would expect that you have the resources to purchase multiple copies of LiveWorship. See our End User License Agreement for more information.

Your registration code is linked to your Name and Organization name that you used when purchasing. You must enter in this information exactly (including capitalization) as it appears on your confirmation email.

Print, save and protect your license code in a way that works best for you.

To enter the registration code on a Macintosh:

1. Pull down the LiveWorship menu and select preferences.
2. Select the "Misc" tab.
3. Click on the Registration Information button
4. Enter your registration exactly (including capitalization) as it appears on your confirmation email.

To enter the registration code on Windows:

1. Pull down the Edit menu and select preferences.
2. Select the "Misc" tab.
3. Click on the Registration Information button
4. Enter your registration exactly (including capitalization) as it appears on your confirmation email.
